Anritsu has launched it’s new XR75 X-ray Inspection System. The XR75 maintains the performance of existing systems whilst improving the ease of use and cost of ownership, tripling the life expectancy of standard X-ray equipment.
Available in Australia & New Zealand from Walls Machinery, the precision-engineered, high-sensitivity XR75 series is the latest in advanced inspection systems, and sets the standard for improving product quality and safety.
Recognizing both the short-term and long-term needs of today’s processors and manufacturers, the XR75 was designed to provide excellent sensitivity at lower energy levels for extended life cycles.
Overall, the XR75 can reduce lifetime operating costs by over 20%, as compared to other systems, making X-ray inspection more affordable to purchase, own and operate.
Anritsu X-ray Inspection Systems are built with a commitment to safety and high accuracy detection. The XR75 further refines Anritsu's exclusive HD Imaging Technology capable of detecting as small as 0.4mm diameter metal and 1.0mm diameter glass and stone. In addition to industry leading contaminant detection that finds foreign materials other systems may miss, the XR75 Inspection System can also pinpoint product shape defects and check for product integrity.
Sanitary design was improved in this series with angled surfaces for water run-off, removable curtains for easy cleaning and tool-less belt removal. In addition, user-friendliness was engineered into the XR75 series, taking of use to the next level and operators will benefit from easier setup and simplified menu structures.
